Going back through older entries, I decided to try to fix the
handling of my apex mattwhipple.com domain record to
forward to the www hosted at sourcehut. I did a quick
search which provided me a page with the fairly obvious guidance(1) (if I bothered to pay attention to
the UI) on configuring forwarding. I changed that configuraton and am
now waiting for propagation to verify it worked.
In terms of domain management likely my next step would be to find an updated preferred registrar, though I may just leave that effort to be driven by paying attention to the underlyng finances.
